is in no way affiliated to any O.E.M. and does not make use of their registered trademarks.
In order to preseve the PSi warranty, the customer account with PSi must be paid in full, according to the agreed upon terms. Non-payment of the account will reduce the warranty period to 30 days.
This warranty does not (and should not be expected to) cover issues related to misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. It is a fact that some parts are not designed to last for one year. If the part is defective, we will take care of it.
PSi will not be (and should not be) liable for consequential, incedental damages or punitive damages.
Lubricant Warranty
PSI warrants that its lubricants have been tested for complete compatibility with all appropriate materials, including Seals and Hoses, and that our lubricants will not cause damage to these parts or other parts of normal air systems under normal and reasonable operating conditions.
PSI warrants that its lubricants meet the standards and specifications set forth on the Product, the packaging of the product, and the product data sheets, and in the event that the product fails to conform with this warranty, PSI shall be responsible for the reasonable costs of repairs for all damages which are directly caused by such failure provided the following steps are performed.
Please send written notice of such failure to PSI within thirty (30) days of discovery of such failure. Notices should be sent to:
